Bell krater with red figures in black glazed terracotta decorated on each side with a female profile wearing a cecryphalon on het head. Palmettes under the handles. Magna Graecia, Apulia 4th century BC Height: 18 cm diameter: 16. 5 cm. Condition: collages and restorations on the upper edge. Provenance: Purchased in a gallery on 11 September 1999. Before: French public sale of 2 April 1989. A copy of the purchase invoice and the documents of the sale of 2 April 1989 will be given to the purchaser. An Apulian red-figured bell krater decorated with a figure of a fashionable lady on each face. Magna Graecia 4th Century B. C. 18 cm high, 9. 5 cm diameter. Condition: Small restorations on the upper rim. Provenance; Bought in a gallery on 11 September 1999 and before a French auction on 2 April 1989. A Copy of the original 1999 invoice and of the auction of 2 April 1989 will be give to the buyer. The Seller can prove that the lot was obtained legally , provenance statement seen by Catawiki.
