**First Time At Auction**

Central Asia, Indus Valley, Harappan / Mohenjo-Daro civilization, ca. 2700 to 2000 BCE. A remarkable zebu bull, hand-built from pottery and intricately painted with black striations over an orange-pink ground. Standing on all four attenuated legs, this burly beast features an elongated body, a massive hump, and a slender tail.
