Precious bedspread made with the antique Modano filet processing. The loom-made embroidery and skilfully-made knots of the typical Modano net are truly beautiful. Colour: ivory. Late 1800s/early 1900s. The Modano filet technique is no longer used and it was replaced by the crochet filet. From a private collection. Preserved in very good condition, with slight signs of age.
