Condition Report: Book is in overall good condition. Moderate toning throughout interior pages with further toning to the signed page in the rectangular area not protected by the mat. The first few pages, including the front cover, have been folded back to display the signed page. Several pages, including the signed page, show a moisture stain to the lower edge. Small tear to the lower corner of one page. The cover shows minor wear and a crease to the upper corner. Framed behind glass measuring 15 x 12 x 2 inches.
