Good vintage condition. Wear consistent with use including scratches, scuffs, and areas of soiling throughout. Frame and wheels show minor surface abrasions, oxidation and minor enamel loss. Missing velcro connection to underside of seat, which would hold the lower edge of the seat cushion in place.
