Beautiful antique painting, oil on canvas, dateable around the end of the XVII century, depicting an evocative Holy Family with angels in adoration. A work of excellent craftmanship, the surface is particularly well made and with passages of remarkable quality, the manner of painting the draperies is typical of the time. Characteristic position of the Child Jesus placed at the top to welcome the angels. The lines certainly suggest the Neapolitan school. There are no conservation problems, the painting is on its first canvas with small restorations. The stretcher was probably replaced. Fine craquelure compatible with age.
