Recto/verso vellum with beautiful, gold-painted initials and filigree tendril decoration.
The manuscript is Old French written on vellum with black ink in Gothic font.

Recto text: 17 handwritten lines with one 4-line and two 2-line gold-painted initials, surrounded with gold, filigree tendril decoration. As well as three single-line, gold-painted initials and decorative line fillers.
Verso text also 17 handwritten lines, also with a 4-line, gold-painted initial, surrounded by gold, filigree tendril decoration and two double-line, gold-painted initials.

Condition: Some brown edge discolouration (see photos) , but exceptionally well preserved after approximately 600 years!
