This has been examined out of its frame and the work is completely laid down to the mount. The upper left corner/edge of the mount shows water damage/staining, visible on the front and verso. This damage does not extend to the print itself. The back of the mount shows printed portfolio information as seen in images. The surface of the print is clean and intact with no visible condition concerns.
