Anthony Thieme Mexican Courtyard Watercolor, 15 x 20.75 inches visible within mat, 27.5 x 33 x 2.75 inches framed, signed lower right, titled Mexico verso according to accompanying literature. Gilt gesso frame. Accompanied by a color photocopy of a Pauline Pocock Antiques exhibition label signed by Director Stuart Pocock identifying the work as titled Mexico verso with a red dot indicating it was sold, also accompanied by a photocopy of a Pocock Gallery essay referencing the painting and two photocopies of an American Art Review Theime feature with the cover illustration appearing to be of Central American subject matter. We were able to publish a heavily redacted image of the unredacted photocopy of the invoice for the winning bidder that accompanies the work where it was purchased in 2005 for USD 6,250.00. Provenance: Krassner Seymour Cooke Collection formerly of Kennebunkport, Maine, removed from their waterfront Southeast Florida estate in late 2021. CXRL10
