Antique 14kt gold, Enamel, Ruby & Diamond Earrings
These are earrings typical of Central Europe especially Austria from the end of the 19th century turn of the 20th, Made in a stamping technique and then lovingly and attractively adding the various enamel colours and setting for the central 3 mm hand cut Ruby and the six small old cut diamonds of about 1.5 mm each which seem to be on a small silver base, there is a clear 14 karat gold hallmark on the ear wires and there is what appears to be a makers mark on the body of the earring itself that i have not been able to identify, The earrings are in near perfect condition there is no damage whatsoever on the enamel , and the backs where usually you find dents because of the fact that the earrings are hollow, one is in perfect condition and the other has the slightest of dents to it. The weight of this piece is 10.7 grams.
