Antique Russian icon. Features an elaborate painted scene, on wood panel, depicting anastasis or, the resurrection, with Christ in various scenes with gold gilt embellishments throughout. Work measures 13 1/4" x 11". The frame is exceptional and measures 20" x 18". Good overall condition with wear consistent with age.
