Antique 19th Century Wire Crinoline with 19 metal wire layers held together with cotton woven canvas tape. There is a buckle at the waist. Waist is about 17 inches. The largest hoop is 22" in diameter. It is in poor condition with overall oxidation and wear to the canvas. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
