Antique Asian 19c Seed Pearl Sapphire Silver Ring

This is a beautiful estate found antique ladies ring dating to at least early 19th century. Rendered in fine 900 coin silver, this ornate ring features concentric rows of natural blue sapphires interspersed with a row of delicate seed pearls. A large cultured pearl draws the eye to the center of the setting. The back of the ring setting bears elaborately engraved depiction of a tropical bird among palm trees. Given the style and types of stones/pearls decorating this ring, it is most likely from India or Southeast Asia.
