Vienna, First half of the 19th century. Ancient snuff box made of 812/000 silver (13 loth) in Vienna (see hallmark) .
Rectangular shape, entirely engraved, delicate floral and geometric motifs on the front, alternating geometric motifs on the back. Engravings resulting from great craftsmanship. Opening facilitated by a bar decorated with floral motifs.
Considering the antiquity of the object, the external conditions are excellent, some signs of age and use, the internal gilding shows signs of oxidation and age.
