Turn-of-the-century Russian 875 silver basket. Boat-form oval with pointed ends. Sides have engraved flowers loosely arranged with entwined and shooting stems. Arched swing handle with interlocking tabs at top. Rests on four open and scrolled supports. Butler finish. Marks include kokoshnik (1896-1907).Overall dimensions: H 9 1/2 x W 12 1/4 x D 6 1/2 in. Weight: 16 troy ounces.
