Antique Bill-Hook Brush Axes

Two crescent billhook axes, both with original handles. These billhook axes were used for clearing forest and brush for placing artillery, trailblazing, logging etc. First ax is stamped "patented" with a split and repaired handle. Overall length is 34", and the ax head is 8.75x5.25 inches. Second ax is unmarked with a good handle, and is one inch shorter than then last. Ax heads have same dimensions.
