The smaller brooch features rose-cut diamond wings and European-cut diamonds at the body, all set in silver and mounted to a 14k gold pinstem with a "C" catch. The bar brooch similarly features rose-cut diamonds at the wings, a single-cut replacement diamond, and rubies along the body line, all set in silver, with one ruby secured with adhesive. The bar brooch tests as 10k gold and is completed with a traditional pinstem and a "C" catch. All stones are present at the time of inspection, with a few slightly loose in their settings. Each piece shows typical wear patterns commensurate with age.
