Antique French Four Glass Gilt Bronze Clock by Julien Leroy, 19th Century

19th century, antique French four glass gilt bronze clock by Julien Leroy. Surmounted by an urn set with gilt brass foliage, gilt laurels and overflowing cornucopias to either side of the dial, with beading and a gilt mount of a torch and floral vines, the lower base with recessed floral wreath and beading below six toupee feet. The twin spring barrel movement with shaped back plate, anchor escapement with silk suspension and outside count wheel striking on a bell. Ticking, and striking the half and full hour with winding key, a pocket watch key for suspension regulation.
