Some of the largest and most spectacularly brilliant paste stones! The 14 stones are a full half inch in diameter! Large oval pin. This was originally a buckle, but definitely not a shoe buckle, as the pin is flat, not curved. The metal does not test for silver. So, we are categorizing it as "silver tone" Base metals were widely used with paste during the Georgian period.
The pin is 2 inches in height x 2 1/2 inches wide. Weight is 34.6 g.
