Crafted in 18K gold; set with an oval mixed-cut sapphire, weighing approximately 4.00 carats; accented by cushion- and old mine-cut diamonds, weighing a total of approximately 1.75 carats, most with H-J color and SI-I1 clarity; measures 15 inches; weight 62.40 g.
