Antique Sevres Porcelain Covered Ecuelle and Underplate

DESCRIPTION: An antique Sevres Ecuelle and plate stand or underplate, finely decorated with multicolored floral banners, spiraling ribbons and celestial dotted blue borders over a white ground. Completed with gilt trims and a branch motif finial, marked along the underside with Sevres crest with date letter of 1773.
Provenance: Purchased from Christie's in 1998 from The Meissen and other Continental Porcelain sale. (Comes with Christies Purchase Receipt of $3,450.00)
