Antique Swiss Fine Silver Pocket Watch & Chain

Archaeology themed fine silver Swiss made pocket watch and chain / fobs . This pocket watch dates to the late 19th Century. The case is stamped "2G Fine Silver" The watch is marked "Serial 48950". Has a tooled silver dial face with gold Roman numerals. Watch measures approx 1 5/8" dia. Comes with a sterling hallmarked Albert double chain. The chain includes a hallmarked enameled silver Egyptian mummy casket fob. Fob measures approx 1" and chain attaching it is hallmarked "sterling". The other end of the chain includes a key made from an ancient Greek silver stater coin (the stater is a Pegasus flying Athena, circa 509 - 480 BC. Total weight approx 58.0 dwt. The Swiss movement is in excellent condition and runs well.
