Primarily a self-taught artist, Antoine Pauisais works from his studio in Cannes. A skateboarder and art school drop out, he credits Jean-Michel Basquiat as an early influencer. He describes his work as "a unique practice that borrows so much from painting, collage and printing. a wobbly practice based on my lack of virtuosity and emphasizing error, failure and surprise.
