Marshall Space Flight Center plate on the central cylinder: "Module, Helium Fill APS, Assy No. A-62394-507AH, DAC Spec. 1A49996-507AC, Contr. No. NAS7-101, Ser No. 1047, Date 7/12/66." Ports are stamped "A," "CL," "E," and "D," and all retain their screw-on caps.
