Apothecary bottle with Agnus Dei : Venetia, 2nd half of the 18th century. Egg-shape over a round stepped stand, swinging neck; inscription ''menta'' (peppermint) in manganese, above and below wide blue vine border, below additionally medallion, in it lamb with flag of victory as symbol for Jesus Christ. White glazed majolica. H. 23 cm. - Repaired hole in the body. // Apothekenflasche mit Agnus Dei : Venetien, 2. H. 18. Jh. : Eiform ueber rundem, getrepptem Stand, ausschwingender Hals; Inschrift "menta" (Pfefferminz) in Mangan, darueber und darunter breite, blaue Rankenborduere, unterhalb zusaetzlich Medaillon, darin Lamm mit Siegesfahne als Symbol fuer Jesus Christus. Weiss glasierte Majolika. H. 23 cm. - Repariertes Loch in der Wandung.
