A two-part set bound together in one volume.

Part 1: Orach Chaim: 2-148 leaves. Title page and one other leaf is missing. Old tapings on the first 5 leaves, as well as on leaves 81 and 99. The rest of the copy is in good condition although it has brown stains.

Part 2: Yoreh De’ah: 122 leaves. Taping on the margins of the final three leaves. Aside from this, it is in good condition.

This is an early edition of a fundamental Halachic work. Two parts bound together in antique, leather binding. The back cover of the binding is damaged. Has clasp remnants. The volume contains a number of signatures and unidentified dedications.

Within the book appear hundreds of scholarly glosses and corrections handwritten by various different authors.
