Depicts a Romanesque man riding in a red enameled chariot decorated with acanthus leaves and lion head wheels gripping the reigns of two horses with a figural ram head between them.
Medium: Enamel, metal, hardstone
Size: Approx. 12 1/2" t x 16 1/2" w x 9" d.
Signature: Signed and dated "A. Giannelli 1970" on back of chariot.
Condition: Surface wear, areas wear silvered surface has been worn away, areas of small chips to base, otherwise good condition.
