Condition Report: Upholstery shows advanced fading and notable areas of soiling, and should be updated prior to normal use. Ottoman is upholstered with vinyl and is missing fastener tabs to underside of cushion. One small area of soiling to ottoman cushion near edge. Aluminum bases are free of any notable surface wear.
