A stunning Art Deco diamond engagement ring, set in 14Kt gold, circa the 1930s-1940s.; This elegant piece has been expertly crafted out of 14 karat white gold and been prong set with a solitaire round brilliant-cut diamond measuring approximately 0.60 carats. The gem has very good color (G-H) and clarity (VVS).; The ring is in excellent vintage condition showing expected wear and signs of resizing to the bottom of the band. It weighs, approximately, 1.6 grams and is US ring size 6 (US ring size L 1/2). The face of the ring measures 0.26 inches (0.65 cm) wide. It is not clearly marked and tested positive for 14K gold.; Included in the sale is the GIA gem certificate from 1978.
