The piece is versatile, doubling as a pendant and a brooch, a testament to the ingenuity of its design. Its geometric patterns and symmetrical lines are quintessentially Art Deco, reflecting the era's fascination with sophisticated designs and style. Pendant-brooch tests platinum and gold plate with XRF technology. Completed by a hinged bale, pinstem and catch on reverse, and weighs 18.02 grams. Transitional diamonds measure 2.00 mm to 4.00 mm diameter with marquise diamonds measuring approximately 4.20 x 2.20 mm. Chain is marked and tests 14k, is completed by a spring ring clasp, and weighs 1.33 grams. Metal shows wear consistent with age. Green glass shows chips and breaks.
