Art Nouveau Diamond Lucky Lady Locket Pendant 18k Gold

This lucky lady is the epitome of an Art Nouveau beauty. She is gorgeously accessorized with a sparkling head band of diamonds and a fabulous diamond chocker. Not only does she have beauty and diamonds, but she hovers over a four leaf clover and basks in the light of a lucky star!; Art Nouveau 18 karat slide locket. I see lockets similar to this one in motif, but this one is much larger than most, and is also set with an array of 15 bright and lively rose cut diamonds. The locket measures an impressive 1.5 inches across and is 1.75 inches long with the bale. It tests as 18 karat gold, but bears no marks. It was most certainly made around 1890, I purchased it in France, and I suspect that it is French in origin. It weighs 10.6 grams.;
