Wonderfully ornate Danish silver figural letter opener. Beautiful handle that is chased in high-relief with an Art Nouveau design of a semi-nude woman holding a spear. The top of the handle is decorated with scrolls and foliage and there is dog resting at the feet of the woman.

Highly ornate paper knife from one of the best Scandinavian silversmiths of that period.
