6 pieces of Kentucky coin silver marked for Asa Blanchard, working Lexington circa 1808-1838 plus 1 other spoon, possibly by Blanchard, 7 items total. 1st item: Cream ladle with plain fiddle handle monogrammed TAP(?), incuse stamp BLANCHARD. 5 7/8" L. 2nd through 6th items: 2 dessert spoons and 3 teaspoons, all with plain fiddle handles, three having various monograms, all with A. BLANCHARD or BLANCHARD marks in rectangles on backs (marks used post-1820; ref. Marquis Boultinghouse, SILVERSMITHS OF KENTUCKY, P. 299). 7th item: Teaspoon with worn mark A-, possibly the mark used by Blanchard prior to 1820, similar in form to the other spoons in this lot.
