Asian Hardstone Seals, Foo Dogs & Ceramic Censer -17

Sixteen (16) Chinese Hardstone Items and 1 Japanese Ceramic Censer, 17 items total. 1st & 2nd items: Pair of spinach green hardstone temple lions or foo dogs, depicted with curled manes standing atop a carved base with one paw resting on a ball. 7 3/4" H x 3" W x 4" D. 20th century. 3rd-16th items: Fourteen (14) carved hardstone seals, with various carved tops including dragons chasing flaming pearls and temple lions. Ranging in size from 2 3/8" to 3 3/4" L. 17th item: Archaic style ceramic censer or incense burner with brown-black glaze and pierced top, traces of gilt decoration to the body. Marked on the base "made in Japan". 3 7/8" H x 4 1/4" dia. 20th century.Provenance: Private East Tennessee collection.
Condition Report: All hardstone items in overall good condition. Censer with scattered losses to black glaze.
