Condition Report: Framed 25 1/2 x 18 1/2in. There is mat burn along the edges (particularly visible verso), time staining and toning to the paper. There is a diagonal tear measuring approximately ¾ inches in the lower right corner. There is surface dirt, particularly along the bottom edge. The paper is slightly buckled. There is a pencil sketch of a female figure verso. Recto inscribed ‘# - 155-‘ along right edge in blue pencil and ‘16’ in lower left corner in pencil and ‘36’ in upper left corner in pencil. Verso additionally inscribed ‘2g Villa Saint (?) / Paris XVI’ in ink and ‘3609’ in pencil in the lower right quadrant.
