Attributed to Joseph Richard Bagshawe (1870-1909)
The painting is not signed. It bears extremely high similarity to the work of J.R.Bagshaw also historically known as by Bagshawe. Relined, cleaned, and revarnished. The paint is thin in places likely through execution and the nature of the sketch-like quality of the composition. There is evidence of some general strengthening to the sky throughout but generally fairly delicate and not showing as consistent over-painting. Otherwise in a good and stable state of presentation.
