Frame: 69 3/8 x 53 3/4 inches. Canvas is lined. Craquelure throughout commensurate with age. Paint layer is dark and somewhat dirty. Area of apparent repair to the top of the vertical strip of lace. Examination under UV light reveals a heavy varnish that largely obscures areas of repair or retouch; scattered instances of inpainting and overpainting. Additional images available upon request.
