Audemars Piguet 150th Anniversary Jules Audemars Tourbillon Power Reserve 40mm Platinum Watch (1 of 150) W/Alligator Strap, Box and Papers - This handsome, historic timepiece was introduced by Audemars Piguet in 2001 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the birth of one of the founding fathers of the brand who was a true pioneer in the field of complications, Jules Audemars. This watch is truly a must have for any watch enthusiast, as it is incredibly hard to find and is sold out everywhere. The watch features a 40mm solid platinum case with a polished lip around the bezel and case back, and a satin finish around the side of the piece. The stunning watch also has a luxurious satin dial with a unique combination of large fully lumed Arabic numerals and broad sword hands, large tri-spoke black polished continuously rounded titanium tourbillion cage and bridge, balanced registers for the 52 hour power reserve at 8 o'clock and date subdial at 4 o'clock. The back of the case is equally as substantial as the dial, with the Audemars Piguet coat of arms with a ribbon reading "150 ANS" and "JULES AUDEMARS" against a beautifully engraved background, and a functioning pull-out case back winder. The watch has an automatic 2875 movement that operates at 21,600 vph, has 268 parts, 41 jewels, and 52 hours of power reserve, and is fitted with a blue alligator strap with platinum AP deployant buckle. This rare timepiece will continue to go up in value as it is an anniversary piece with limited production. The watch will include the manufacturer's box and papers. Reference #: 25964PT.00.D022CR.01.
