Audemars Piguet was founded in 1875 in LeBrassus, Switzerland. They are known as one of the top makers of luxury timepieces. The present example, from the 1980s, has a design that is both subtle and luxurious. The bracelet, made of small ball bearings in 18K gold, has a unique style that flares out then tapers in at the watch head. The result is a classy timepiece with a lot of visual interest.
