The car was originally sold in Germany in 1994 and exported to Czech Republic by its second owner in 2008, now being with its third owner since 2013. It benefits from a complete restoration that was done in 2 stages. \r

Firstly in 2016 the mechanics were overhauled, the engine was stripped down to the block and build again. What was not changed, was checked, cleaned before being reused. Same process was done with the gearbox and the differential. All of this was documented and the complete photo gallery will be provided. Also the underside of the car went through a service, the arms, bushings were changed, the original shock absorbers were replaced by a set of KW coilovers. The brake discs and pads were changed, the brake lines were changed and brake callipers were serviced. \r

Since then car did around 3. 000 kilometres with only oil and filter changes. \r

At the end of last year, we have agreed with the owner to finish the restoration cosmetically before the sale. The whole car was repainted by our workshop, the process was documented. We did not find any evidence of previous repairs or bodykit, indicating the car did not suffer of extensive damage. \r

The interior of the car went through an extensive cleaning and leather renovation preserving the original upholstery. The turbo pressure gauge in the middle of the dashboard can be disassembled and replaced by OEM ventilation grill. \r

Being renovated to its original glory, the RS Blue Pearl Effect color shines like it left the dealership yesterday. We would say it is one of the best examples you can find currently on the market benefitting from the major restoration and coming to us from a long term ownership. \r

The car comes with a set of keys, the original booklet with owners manuals, original toolkit and the spare wheel. \r

It is registered to a private person here in Czech Republic, export documents and plates will be provided to the winning bidder. Also we can transport the car in an enclosed trailer if the buyer wishes to have the car delivered. \r
