'Conder and I decided to visit Swanage, where an eccentric friend of mine, Mrs Stewart Everett, kept a pension in a good position by the sea. Mrs Everett was a fervent evangelist and used to hold revivalist meetings for Slade students in Fitzroy Street...' Condition Report: Framed size 45 x 38cm Not viewed out of glazed frame. Slightly textured paper, light brown in colour, unlikley to have been white originally but may also have discoloured as you may expect with time. Evidence of light fold in lower right corner. No obvious major condition issues.
