Austin - Mini 1000 Studio 2 - 1991

Thank you very much for your interest in our Austin Mini 1000 Studio 2. This is the highly sought-after rare model limited edition Studio 2. Very few copies have been made of this Studio 2 edition. Of which 7 came to the Netherlands in 1991. Of the 7 copies in the Netherlands, it is said that there were 5 copies in the colour grey and 2 copies in black, including this Mini. This Mini also has a very exclusive history. Since 1991 to date, it has been owned by one and the same family. This Mini was bought new by the family in 1991. So this is an original new Dutch delivered Mini and from the first owner. Every year, it had its service and maintenance done nicely on schedule. As a result, it is technically in a very good condition. The powerful original 1000 cc engine runs perfectly and is MATCHING NUMBERS! . Engine also starts immediately, also with a cold start! . All gears shift very neatly and smoothly, without any problems. The car drives, brakes and shifts well. Recently had a new Dutch Periodic Vehicle Inspection. The interior is also entirely in an original condition. As you can see in the photos, you can hardly see that the car has been driven. Everything looks very good, without damage or defects. The original Studio 2 upholstery and stitching have a very good fit without tears. The headlining and upholstery of the door panels are also in a good condition. The exterior is also entirely in an original condition. The Mini still has its FIRST original paint. It looks good, as you can see in the photos. The chrome is in a superb original condition. Inevitably, after 29 years there are small signs of wear. These Minis were known for rust formation. As you can see, the bottom looks very neat because it has been parked indoors during many winters. Only the door has small rust formation. The engine compartment and interior of the boot look good. Bumper and inside of fenders are in a very good condition, no rust! The boot is entirely complete with the original spare wheel and upholstery. The original service booklet, instruction manual and associated booklets are all present. Even the original leaflet that was delivered at the time with a newly purchased Mini Studio 2 is present. In 2012, the car got the newer model rims for the ultimate look. Of course, the original ones are included in the purchase. In recent years, it was neatly parked indoors and was only driven during nice weather. It therefore has a very unique original mileage.
