Winery founded in 1920 in Castiglione Falletto, now the company owns 16 hectares but continues to be family-run. The wine is still made the “old way”, very low yields from old vines and careful work in the vineyard, mainly large barrels and maximum respect for aging times, the wines are released on the market only when they are ready. Their vineyards are located between the municipalities of Castiglione Falletto and Serralunga d’Alba, two villages so close, but completely different for the type of soil: the first is rich in sands giving finesse and aromas to the wine, the second has limestone and blue marl giving harder and more tannic wines.
