Azurite altering to Malachite Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Mun. de Santa Cruz, Sonora, Mexico "A cluster of somewhat curved sharp shiny dark blue azurite crystals. On the back of the specimen there are interwoven green malachite that remind one of a green spider web. Its unique to this pocket from this mine. Several thousand specimens of this azurite were produced by this pocket and some call it the spider web pocket, but the best ones like this one went for many thousands of dollars." - Rock H. Currier I think Rock's description covered most, if not all of the salient bases. Get one SOON as the mine's being worked out and they're going to run out of top level specimens like this one.
