Azurite and Malachite Milpillas Mine, Milpillas, Santa Cruz Municipality, Sonora, Mexico 5.8 x 4.4 x 2.8 cm (2.28 x 1.73 x 1.1 in) A sculptural specimen of stunning Azurite crystals arranged into a deep, electric blue mountain side, aesthetically topped with a skewed column of velvety green, acicular Malachite. Almost all of the Malachite in the piece are primary growths, with the exception of a couple very minor points of alteration.
