Title within an architectural woodcut border, full-page portrait of the author on c. A2r, two woodcut plates with illustrations bound between pp. 85-86 (in other copies they are described as folding plates), numerous woodcut illustrations, headpieces and initials (some slight stainining and browning). Contemporary limp vellum, manuscript title on spine (restored and stained). Provenance: some early annotations on endpapers and an erased ownership inscription on title.
