Basil Rashley Ede (British, 1931-2016). "American Widgeon" -1984, ornithological limited edition lithograph. Pencil signed and numbered 132/350 in lower margin, and titled in print. Approx. 39" x 48", 27.5" x 36.75" (sight). Provenance: From the Estate of Jack Warner / The Warner Foundation, Tuscaloosa, AL. Note: This print is from the "Wild Birds of America" series commissioned by Jack Warner in 1972. Originally intended to include 100 images, the series was cut short when Basil Ede suffered a stoke in 1989.
