BEADED BULLSEYE WITH BENNINGTON FLINT ENAMEL BASE
BEADED BULLSEYE WITH BENNINGTON FLINT ENAMEL BASE KEROSENE STAND LAMP, colorless, square form mottled brown, blue and green glazed pottery base, brass connector, No. 2 brass fine-line collar with an eight-arm cast-brass prism ring. Fitted with a period No. 2 lip burner and period colorless lip chimney. Base probably Lyman, Fenton and Co., Bennington, VT. Third quarter 19th century. 11 1/2" H to top of collar, 5" SQ base.
Excellent condition overall with the base having a few sliver chips to the underside; font sits with a lean; some prisms being lightly tipped.
