BERT WINNIE PERCH DECOY
Traverse City, MI carver Bert Winnie, along with his brother Art, were both Barbers by day, and accomplished fishermen by night. Their most successful lure invention was the Stump Dodger, but during the Teens and Twenties, they also produced decoys mimicking several different species.
