Woodcut text illustrations. 4-113; 145, [1], 37, 44-76; 86 leaves, with numbering irregularities; lacks all before Kk14 (1 Kings 21:19), leaves 3G5-3H1 (Ecclesiasticus 22:11-31:17), and all after ²P2 (Galatians 4:31). Printed in black letter. Folio, 282x188 mm, early 19th-century panelled calf, quite worn, front joint cracked, cords intact; conspicuous soiling, marginal dampstaining, dog-earing, and paper corrosion along edges at beginning and end, occasional soiling and stains elsewhere, scattered marginal tears, 3E3 unevenly trimmed with text loss at top. Bound in front are 13 leaves from an unidentified contemporary edition (60 lines, numbered verses) with text of 1 Kings 1-21:7. Armorial bookplates of Lancelot Haslope and the Rev.
